Superb service and bed. Had a minor issue as couldn’t find instructions but this was quickly solved via oat home who instantly sent them over via WhatsApp about 2 mins after messsing them! Easy to assemble and looks beautiful & good quality. Would be better with a solid base but it’s fine and works well.

Was dubious by the price of this bed but it did not disappoint. Five star service from ordering to delivery, to assembling. Had a quick question re assembling & Oat answered within 2 minutes on WhatsApp at 9pm at night… fantastic service & not a bot! Recommended x

Great bed, very solid, great delivery men, took it up to my flat and into the bedroom, unfortunately there was a part missing but customer service was spot on and it was sent out first thing the next day, can’t fault the service from start to finish

Fantastic service from OAT. Ordered from another platform but had an issue with damage to the box & the sofa bed unfortunately. Oat provided the best & fastest service ever to be fair & turned a bad experience into an amazing one! Can’t fault them or the sofa bed. We use the sofa bed for our toddler so for now have removed the legs but still looks great!

We've purchased a few of these brass beds in single for our small hotel. Works really well, good price, easy to build, lightweight but solid with the metal slats which are better than wood that break! A rustic hand brushed effect gives it a vintage rustic feel. Each bed we have differs slightly, some more black shows than brass in parts etc but its good and part of the charm of these beds. Cannot recommend OAT Home highly enough. A joy to deal with and always help us out and have gone above and beyond whenever we're in trouble or needed help with an urgent bed or mattress!
