We dispatch within 48 hours (Mon–Fri, excluding public holidays), and delivery usually takes 3–5 working days—sometimes a little bit longer if shipped from a third-party warehouse or if highlighted on the product page. Occasionally shipments may arrive in two consignments if items are stored at different locations.

Unfortunately we can’t deliver to offshore areas and more remote parts of the Scottish Highlands due to product size and logistical constraints.
