Standard delivery takes 3–5 working days for stocked items, sometimes slightly longer if being held at one of our different warehouses or if you are in a more remote part of the UK. This is usually flagged on the product listing page highlighting a Delivery ETA. Products such as our handmade OAT Beds & mattresses are usually 7-10 working days.

Yes! Standard delivery is free to over 95% of the UK*. There are certain more remote areas of the UK that will unfortunately incur a delivery surcharge. There are also options to add 'Room of Choice' services at checkout for an additional cost.

Our delivery partner will contact you directly via automated messaging to arrange a convenient date for delivery. You'll also receive a 3 hour time slot closer to the time. You'll receive options to accept or reschedule delivery slots given. Unfortunately we cannot guarantee an exact delivery date or time but can make requests where the partner will try their best to accomodate.

Yes! Choose Room of Choice Delivery at checkout if available. Our standard FREE delivery is to Doorside or Hallway only.

Due to the bulky / heavy nature of the products we sell and the higher costs associated with delivering these offshore, unfortunately we don't offer this service. If you can arrange for your own courier to collect then this can be arranged.

No, assembly isn’t included, but most items come with simple to follow instructions & are designed for easy self-assembly.

We aim to always keep you updated on your orders progress via email or text and so does our delivery partner. Don't hesitate to contact us if you feel you've not had any communication. Occasionally messages we send can go to 'spam' or may not get through if we have invalid contact details. On the day of delivery the tracking link will be updated with a live ETA, we recommend checking this throughout the day as this can change due to various reasons such as traffic or things out of our control.

Our delivery partner operates to certain areas 6 days a week but generally delivery would be Monday to Friday. This can be discussed directly with them when arranging the delivery. There maybe a further charge for this service.

For health and safety reasons we are unable to take away old or unwanted furniture. However there are companies & charities that specialise in this service such as Clearabee or you can enquire via your local council.

Please note for deliveries to flats/apartments, unfortunately our delivery partner is only authorised to take items to the front of the building & therefore cannot take items up stairs/lifts to your specific flat. Our Room of Choice service can deliver up to the 3rd floor, which includes flats. If you have any queries around this then please contact us before placing an order.

This is not a service that we currently provide. We also strongly recommend that packaging or old furniture / beds are not disposed of until your completely happy with your item, to avoid any potential issues if needing to return items.

In the case when the product and packaging are unopened and undamaged, you are eligible for a full refund.
In the case when the packaging has been opened and the product has been used, you are eligible for a partial refund.
In the case when a product has been damaged, and the damage is not covered by your warranty, you are not eligible for a refund.

All shipping costs for return shipping are at the cost of the customer. We can arrange this and either charge the cost of this or deduct the cost from any refund issued.

All our products are subject to quality control.
Our 12 month warranty provides a guarantee against manufacturer defects.
The guarantee covers any manufacturing, design, or material defect.
It does not cover blows, improper use, or other issues that are not attributable to a manufacturer defects. -
