We dispatch within 48 hours (Mon–Fri, excluding public holidays), and delivery usually takes 3–5 working days—sometimes a little bit longer if shipped from a third-party warehouse or if highlighted on the product page. Occasionally shipments may arrive in two consignments if items are stored at different locations.
