Standard Delivery

Our FREE standard delivery gets your order to your door (or into your hallway!) across 95% of the UK*. We dispatch within 48 hours (Mon–Fri, excluding public holidays), and delivery usually takes 3–5 working days—sometimes a little bit longer if shipped from a third-party warehouse or if highlighted on the product page. Occasionally shipments may arrive in two consignments if items are stored at different locations. 

You'll receive an email or text from our delivery partner when they receive your item from us, and they’ll arrange the delivery with you directly and at your convenience. Easy! (Please ensure to provide a mobile number & correct email address when checking out).

Room of Choice Delivery

Want your order placed in a specific room? Choose Room of Choice Delivery at checkout! Same speedy dispatch, but our delivery team will take your items exactly where you want them.

Please note:

• This service doesn’t include assembly.
• This service does not include packaging or old furniture removal.
• Covers rooms up to the third floor (including flats).

*Delivery Exemption Zones & Surcharges

Unfortunately we can’t deliver to offshore areas and more remote parts of the Scottish Highlands due to product size and logistical constraints. Deliveries to northern Scotland (above the central belt) may incur a surcharge—calculated at checkout. Deliveries to these areas may also take longer than the estimated days shown for standard delivery.

Returns and Refunds Policy

At OAT Home, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with our products. This policy outlines your rights and obligations regarding returns and refunds, in compliance with the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

Right to Cancel (Cooling-Off Period)

For online purchases, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the goods without providing a reason. To exercise this right:

• Notification: Inform us of your decision to cancel within 14 days of receipt.

• Return of Goods: Return the items within 14 days of notifying us.

• Refund: We will process your refund for the product within 14 days of receiving the returned goods or proof of return.

Please note that you are responsible for the cost of returning items when cancelling under the Consumer Contracts Regulations. Items must be unused, in a saleable condition and in the original packaging. Larger furniture items cannot be returned if they have been assembled, unless faulty. Self-assembly items cannot be returned once assembly is part or fully completed, unless they are faulty or not fit for purpose. For hygiene reasons items such as mattresses, pillows, duvets, bedsheets or mattress toppers cannot be returned if unwrapped or unsealed unless faulty. 

Missing or Damaged Parts

We strive to ensure all products arrive in perfect condition. However, if you receive an item with missing or damaged parts, we are here to help.

If you discover that your order is missing parts or has arrived damaged, please follow these steps:

• Contact Us Promptly: Notify our customer service team via email hello@oathome.co.uk within 7 days of receiving your order.
• Provide Details: Include your order number, a description of the issue, and, if applicable, clear photos of the damage or missing parts.
• Retain Packaging: Keep the original packaging until the issue is resolved, as we may need it for verification or return purposes.

Once we verify the issue, we will offer one of the following solutions:

• Replacement Parts: If only specific parts are missing or damaged, we will send out replacements free of charge.
• Full Product Replacement: If the issue cannot be resolved with replacement parts, we will offer a replacement product or alternative remedy.
• Partial or Full Refund: If a replacement is not possible, we may issue a partial or full refund, depending on the extent of the issue.
• Claims must be made within 7 days of delivery.
• Damage caused by incorrect assembly, misuse, or general wear and tear is not covered.
• If a replacement is required, we may request the return of the item before sending a replacement.

We are committed to resolving any issues as quickly as possible.

Faulty Items

If a product you purchase is faulty or unfit for purpose, you are entitled to the following remedies:

• Within 30 Days of Receipt: You can return the item for a full refund.

• After 30 Days & within the warranty period: You may request a repair or replacement. If these options are not possible or are unsuccessful, you are entitled to a refund.

We will cover the cost of returning faulty items.

To return an item:

1. Contact Us: Reach out to our customer service team via email hello@oathome.co.uk to initiate the return process via the contact form on the website. providing details. We will then advise on further steps.

2. Prepare the Item: Ensure the product is securely packaged to prevent damage during transit. 

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund:

• Approved Refunds: Processed to your original method of payment within 14 days.

• Deductions: We may deduct from your refund if the returned item is used, damaged, or missing parts not due to our error.

This policy does not affect your statutory rights.
