Standard Delivery
We offer FREE standard delivery to 95% of the UK*, bringing your order straight to your door or into your hallway. (Ground Floor Only).
For stocked items, we aim to dispatch within 48 hours (Mon–Fri, excluding public holidays). Delivery will usually take place within 3–5 working days—sometimes slightly longer depending on your locality. Made to order deliveries will take longer than this. Please note the ETA shown on the product listing at the time of ordering as guidance.

Room of Choice Delivery
Need your order placed in a specific room? Choose the Room of Choice Delivery option at checkout! Our delivery team will bring your items right where you need them—perfect for bulkier products or if lifting isn’t an option. (The large majority of our products are flat packed into a number of boxes and designed to be easy to handle so this option isn't a requirement).

- Covers rooms up to the third floor (including flats).

Unfortunately, we can’t deliver to offshore areas and more remote parts of the Scottish Highlands due to size, cost and logistics. Deliveries to Northern Scotland (above the central belt) will incur a surcharge, (product depending) calculated at checkout. Deliveries to these areas will also take slightly longer than the estimated days shown.

Spacious Ottoman Storage Bed Frame
The Delamere bed frame features a spacious ottoman storage base, offering over 750 litres in the double and more than 900 litres in the king size—more than double a typical car boot. Its easy-to-use gas-lift mechanism supports mattresses up to 45kg. A dust sheet protects stored items, keeping them clean and off the floor, making this bed a practical and stylish space-saving solution.
Supportive Sprung Slatted Base
The Delamere bed frame by OAT features a wooden sprung slatted base, designed to offer excellent support and comfort. The slight flex of the slats responds to body pressure, enhancing mattress performance. This design promotes airflow around the mattress, improving breathability and hygiene. It helps regulate temperature and reduce moisture buildup, supporting a healthier sleeping environment while extending the life of your mattress.
