Exceptional customer service

Beautiful single bed with trundle. Had problems with a faulty trundle where the legs were too narrow for the frame. Contacted Oat Home directly and it was nice to actually be able to speak to someone on the phone. As I was unhappy with the delay to the delivery of the replacement trundle , Stuart went above the call of duty by personally collecting a replacement from the warehouse, checking it over and delivering and assembling the replacement for me on a Sunday because he didn’t want to delay my order any longer than necessary. I cannot thank Stuart enough for the service he has provided and would highly recommend both the company and the goods, which were exceptional quality.
