Sofa bed arrived faulty

Faulty sofa was sent but I needed it for guests so had to keep it. After 2 months I try to return this but it was not accepted. Wanted proof of damage when arriving which I did not take.

Does what it says - functions well as a temporary bed & looks great with nice soft material

Lovely sofa, you get what you pay for.

Brilliant sized sofa bed for my small flat. The sofa is quite light in weight so it is easy enough to move around when required. Value for money! The delivery service was fantastic, best I've ever had for furniture! Will use Oat again as so many nice products on their website & also so helpful when emailing them.
